~Nuf Said: After ** minutes of waiting was finally able to cancel my service. The guy I spoke with did an OK job. The one thing he said that bugged me was, "We don't open until * a.m. Pacific." implying that we were silly to try to call before * a.m. Would have been nice if their hold message had alerted us to this.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Nuf Said: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FreedomPop's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Nuf Said: For that I would say one out of five.
