~Freedompop Customer: I have called several times. First call busy signal. Second call waited over an hour and gave up. Third call system said wait would be over ** minutes wait but I could request a callback if I wanted. Waited over ** minutes and still waiting.

~Freedompop Customer: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Freedompop Customer: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FreedomPop's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
