~Wohlerworld: I was on a trial period and they billed me the first day of the trial. I spent about and hour trying to find some way to get a hold of them online line. This number was busy. I found another number on my credit card billing info that I waited for ** mins to talk to someone. They canceled my service, but told me thry could not give me a refund. I told them I would contact my credit card and have the charge disputed since I never downloaded their service or used it in anyway nor even received an email from them. They then told me they would give me a credit.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting FreedomPop. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a FreedomPop problem?
~Wohlerworld: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Wohlerworld: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FreedomPop's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Wohlerworld: For that I would say four out of five.

~Wohlerworld: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for FreedomPop to know who you are.
