~mdgreene1959: i have had problems with this company since i made the mistake of buying into their service. the payment screen on their site is totally pathetic, you cant put your expiration date to your credit card because you cant see a **** thing and this causes errors, which rejects payments, now yesterday i called, made a payment, its showing on my bank statement but my service is suspended and i am sick of this and am filing a forman complaint with the fcc.

~mdgreene1959: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mdgreene1959: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FreedomPop's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mdgreene1959: For that I would say two out of five.
