GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Freelancer.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~nouxious: Freelancer is cutting to hard on the costumer support and hire people with absolutely no education, no training, no relevant background... to solve serious issues related with your company. **The person from the costumer support always assume that you are totally stupid when they answer your requests.**The way the system is made is that they simply have to answer the email (they don't have to solve the problem). **I am a costumer for many years and it is so frustrating that when ever you have a problem, you have ABSOLUTELY no support to solve your problem.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Freelancer.com. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Freelancer.com problem?
~nouxious: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~nouxious: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Freelancer.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~nouxious: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Freelancer.com customers?
~nouxious: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Freelancer.com to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~nouxious taken from his Freelancer.com customer service problem that occurred on November 12th, 2017.
