GetHuman-109526: This form gives only gives me two digits to list my wait time, wait time (still on hold) is *** minutes so far! I have also been on hold on another line for ** minutes. This is ridiculous! I have a very ill family member and need to change a flight. When I actually got through yesterday, they told me I would have to call back after my grandma's doctor faxed them a note detailing the situation, to get change fees waived. Oh and not to mention I'm still paying the difference in flight fare, that happens to be $*** higher than other airlines! Disgusting!!!!!
