GetHuman-agjohns: Taking advantage of families, one flight at a time? As a family of five, we search on Kayak.com for the best possible airfare. I purchased my Frontier Airline tickets thinking I'd found the best price. During the online check-in for our flight however, I learned that additional fees would apply if my family wanted to sit together! I guess I have to pay for my five and three year old to be with their parents. I also had to pay for carry-on baggage! I am outraged! Before I even step foot on this flight, I am furious as we have now accrued up to $*** in additional costs! I could have booked a direct flight with someone else for this much money. Way to rip your customers off, Frontier. We travel often, but sadly, not ever again with this airline - financially taking advantage of people is not only a poor business practice, but I'm interested in finding out if the "false advertising" is legal.
