~angelina oh: I think it varies the time you call. I am in Eastern time and when I called in the AM, no problems* no miscommunication. I called again PM and I was met with people who did not know policy, unsympathetic (calling about canceling my flight due to my father's death), and doesn't know timeframes. I faxed docs and they can't find it. I faxed * times. Each time they give me a new processing time frame, from * hours to *-* days to * hours to ** hours.

~angelina oh: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
