GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-jsadows: I have **** miles expiring on ********and they say I have *. What is happening? My last flight was Jan. **,****. These miles should be*good for a year and they say since*April **** they are only good for** months. This was before April.*This is very disgusting. I want*these back or I give up with*Frontier. And to top it off I would*of had another flight in July.*I went online for MKE to MCO*and it said they do not fly there.*I called Frontier and they said*they do not fly to Orlando. This*is not fair.
