~c: Plane broke down. Waited ** min for help. Got through the line to a real person before getting someone on the phone. Was told we would be refunded. I called my creditcard company and they can't refund til airline auth it. Wasted * *** battery time on phone. Still no refund. **Call another time so I could request my mom and I sit together on a plane ride, and after *** min, was told no, must wait you check in at airport (not even online). **Summary- don't bother calling.
