GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/26/17?
GetHuman-eliseca: I was told that I could check in online ** hours in advance of my flight and make sure that my seats were all together, but everytime I try and do this I am being charged! I was told it was free if I waited to do it until the day before through online check in. The last time I flew with you my five year old daughter was not seated with us. Luckily there was someone willing to switch seats so she could be next to her parents instead of three rows away. And that was her first time ever flying! I need to make sure that doesn't happened again and am getting no help. I even tried calling, but they said I had to do it online only.
