GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's GE Extended Service customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~paycheck: Repairman unfamiliar with the Fisher-Paykel dishwasher. Couldn't turn it on* couldn't remove the dish drawers to do diagnostics* unwilling to consult manual* refused to remove the large amount of standing water he caused under unit. Unprofessional conduct. Called *-***-***-**** to report immediately. Closed. Called at * am next morning. Instead of heeding my warnings they approved the purchase of expensive parts and further work by same repairman, compounding the expense and mistakes. Told me only Customer Relations could now handle but closed. Called * am next morning to be transferred to Customer Relations through a lengthy process. "Joe" in Customer Relations hung up on me twice (yes) repeating, "what's the problem?" (This is GE's customer service!) Built up my courage, called Customer Relations again and "Ferdinand" understood the issues and rescheduled with the company who had been to Fisher-Paykel dishwasher training and had fixed mine efficiently before. This

~paycheck: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GE Extended Service's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~paycheck: For that I would say four out of five.
