~Reverse D: I had a no fault accident and Geico cancelled me. They said my injury originated a claim and that was sufficient for their actuary program to deny my renewal after ** years.*I have not been able to get insurance with this cancellation on my Geico record that they refuse to remove. My insurance quotes are coming back at $** per month and I have to get a lawyer to have them remove this claim as a fault of mine. I was hit by a young kid that was texting and ran a red light and hit my driver side causing me severe injury.

~Reverse D: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GEICO's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Reverse D: For that I would say five out of five.
