~Tasha: On Auto damage they only pay for none OEM parts. So if you have A BMW and you need a bumper replaced because of an accident they will expect you to accept Chines bumper.

~Tasha: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Tasha: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GEICO's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Tasha: For that I would say five out of five.
