~ Still under 1st yr warranty: Girl was nice and helpful in attitude, but did not understand I had freshly reformatted, and it took ages to get this across, as she tried to reformat me again. I even had reworded saying what I had done in cleaning and resetting everything. She then had to consult someone, then informed me I would need to send it in for repair, and I cannot be without my computer *-** business days, even with a free warranty. She was probably just pretty new, and did not understand "reformat" nor somehow my lengthier explanation, so I do not fault her, and it was nice to know if I get this locally repaired, it will not delete the warranty. Honestly, this was by far the best customer service I've gotten from Gateway, actually since Oct ****. Have called in a couple of times before.
