~muzznus: The computer automated system claimed my computer was not an another brand of computer asus yet I was calling this gateway number? And it hung up! Called back and it asked if I was calling for the same issue...yes! Said my warranty just expired and put me on hold AGAIN for over ten minutes when I hung up.
