GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Geek Squad customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~jasonk: It was the week before midterms and I had * separate assignments that I had to hand in. So while doing research I somehow got a virus. My laptop started to run slower and slower and I began to receive pop ups promising to enhance my manhood. Paranoia starts to set in when I realize I could lose all of my work and have to retake the entire term. I very quickly started looking for a repair service. I first called these guys at the geek squad and they said to bring it in to get it repaired. Once I took it in, they gave me the spiel and costs and everything. I agreed to it and left it there. I was supposed to pick it up the next day. When I walked in there at the agreed time, the computer was not ready and they said it would be an additional $*** for a hard drive replacement. I once again agreed and left it there, with the explicit promise that it would be ready in another day. Once again, next day, no computer. I went and picked it up, charged back my credit card charges and searched for

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jasonk: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Geek Squad's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jasonk: For that I would say two out of five.
