~GeeksStink: Maybe the geeks are okay with computers, but I'll never entrust mine to them after the ridiculous run-around I got with a vacuum cleaner repair. No one at the store answers the phone, they don't return messages, the Geek Squad folks take no initiative, no responsibility, and they lie. "Headquarters" in Minneapolis is as inept and unconcerned as the staff of teenagers and twenty-something manning the stores. My experience with Best Buy and the Geek Squad has assured that I will never buy another appliance - or anything else - from Best Buy a*k*a Loserville.

~GeeksStink: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~GeeksStink: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Geek Squad's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~GeeksStink: For that I would say four out of five.
