~dark Augusta: I recieved a letter in the mail telling me I have to pay an extra ***.** because I can't make my payment on time. i am struggling to pay it now. How is making my four kids and myself sit in the dark helping me pay my bill on time? Way to go Georgia Power, at least you get your money in the same month.
