GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/02/17?
GetHuman-yrmaindi: I have been using Gillette products since a long time. Generally, I use shaving gel. This time i went to the store and picked up the above said product mistaking it for gel. Three days back when I got down using it, I realised it to be a foam. But what has terribly disappointed me is that instead of foam liquid is coming out. I have waited for three days but the results are the same. *I positively expect the product to be replaced and suitable compensation for this bad product, which made me shave over and over again, leaving burning sensation on my face.
