~Drooms: "There really should be a zero star rating, because this company deserves it.*Avoid at all costs, ordering anything from this or its associated companies, American or "Canadian".*They lie to you with shipping dates and price of product.*I ordered a chop saw because the price was better than anything locally. I was told there were * in the warehouse and it would ship the next day. I checked my email for a tracking number two days later, but no tracking number. So I called "customer service", only to be told it was now on back order. So I asked when they would have one to ship. They could not tell me, but would call me back within **hrs??!! So I waited, and waited, and waited. I had to call them back, * days later only to be told they still could not tell me when they could ship the saw. Unacceptable, I cancelled the order immediately, and bought one locally (not worth the hassle).*A week later I get a confirmation email that my saw was shipped! I immediately send a return email with the
