~grievingsister: Dear Mr Hudson,**I am writing this letter to you regarding the deplorable treatment my family and I received at the hands of your company. I am deeply sadden and angered that your company chose to deny death benefits upon my sisters' untimely death. A policy was bought for her when she was in good health and premiums were paid as they were due. Your company failed to act in good faith and willing denied benefits to a family who was grieving causing undue hardships both financially and mentally. However, I know you do not care, in the grand scheme of things because you are in the business of making money. As an industry, insurance companies are design to take money in hopes people either default on premiums or hopefully , you ******** come up with some way not to pay claims. No one should have to spend money to obtain a company of a death certificate and have to send in the original to your company especially when you had no intention on paying the death benefit.
