GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/20/17?
GetHuman-dshaw: I am writing this because I am tired of call support for the same problems almost every week to month. Your techs give me the feeling they do not know what they are doing. I have a record book full of services calls. (* pages full) Same problems over and over. Now my problem I had at the start of my service is back again. It seams they just move my problems around, fix one only to cause another. ** Now everyday we loose internet access. No indication on modem., just can not surf the net. It is intermittent lasting a few mins to hours. Some times a restart will work for awhile. This was my problem * years ago and after a fix for another problem its back. * I know your copper lines are bad in MAA, I have been on every open line, each one with a different problem. ** So is this sub slandered service going to be fix or am I doomed to on and off service that I get no credit for. I have asked that someone from globe call me that has the power to make something happen. But that has yet to happen. No follow up calls to see if service is good. Everything I have is with Globe, cell service, landline and internet. So I would think someone would take notice if there is a major problem. Maybe its just no one cares as long as the bill is paid. My net was working fine for almost a year until a few months ago when it rained I lost all my service. Took over * months for you to fix that problem. Look at the att file to see the *nd fix after box change did not work. Then your tech had the nerve to call the the next day to ask if he could close the ticket. Really ! So after I called and spoke to a supervisor, techs showed up fast....moved me to a new copper line. Rain problem fixed, but now other problems after the move to this line.** You know its easy to work with a client if you talk and inform the client your plans to resolve issues. So all I am asking for is a stable internet connection and some feedback. Stop making me call every week, the problem is not fixed until I am satisfied. Stop closing the service calls until you know its fixed. ** So please someone call me that has the power to get things done.**Thank You, **P.S.**Another problem has come up. Last * days..we can not make calls on the landline. Have dial tone, dial the number and nothing happens...does not ring on other end. I have had one call go thru in * days.
