~marco: i spoke to one of the advisor named MAC EUGRNIO who as been so rude to me. i am complaining of a sulitxt triple charged issue. and he just informed me that i cannot get my money back without even informing me the reason why and all that. CUSTOMER SERVICE should be providing good sevice. good thing supervisor AYEM CAVEZ was there gladly i was able to feel that even i am a prepaid holder i felt valued and ms. chavez did an action to the incident. cant say if it is resolved cause rigt now im still waitin for the resolution
