~Michael: I was prevented from checking my e-mail from a location that SEEMED unusual to GMAIL security.*That was an extremely stupid thing to do!*Is it really your business to spy on me wherever I go?*Why can't I have traveled to Blue Mountain and try to access my e-mail from there?*Are you going to monitor all of my movements and prevent me from using my legitimate service?*Shame on you!*M
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Gmail. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Gmail problem?
~Michael: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Michael: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Gmail's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Michael: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Gmail customers?
~Michael: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Gmail to know who you are.
