~Ally: Do not do business with these people. They are entirely unprofessional and will LIE TO YOU just to get your money. I did a search for maternity insurance a couple months ago and GoHealth contacted me. We spoke but I wasn't ready to commit to anything so it ended after they emailed me a few insurance coverage options. Then they kept sending me text messages once or twice a week asking me to call them and check out the new rates. After a couple months of this haggling and their texting me without my permission I called thinking I would just tell them I wasn't interested. However, I let them talk me into listening to different coverage plans and ended up applying for just basic coverage with a well known respectable insurance company. I really just wanted to know if I could get approved, and then go from there with whether I wanted to accept the coverage and terms. I was told by their employee that simply applying would not obligate me to a plan if I was approved. I was also told a number

~Ally: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ally: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Go Health Insurance's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ally: For that I would say three out of five.
