The first person I spoke to tried to sell me something before even taking my information. He acted like I called him and was bothering him because I wasn't ready to purchase something. He tried to scare me with tax penalties to get me to purchase something. I told him that THEY called me to give me quotes, which is what I thought the service was meant to do. When I said that I was hoping just get some quotes and that I wasn't going to incur any penalties because I would not be uninsured for more than * months, he said to go to the website and then hung up on me. I called back and spoke to another woman who was shocked at what I told her. She assumed that it was because I didn't want to give information. I said, he never asked me for anything. So, she finally took some of my information, then transferred me to another woman, saying that she would give me quotes. When I was transferred, the new lady asked me
