GetHuman-373494: Nick Gordon and Ben Neiman gave us exceptional customer service today. People are very quick to complain but not as quick to praise. Both of these consultants patiently answered our questions about upgrades and changing one of our phones. The store address is: ***** Hull St. Rd. in Midlothian, VA. I highly recommend these guys. Our experience was stress free and handled with expert knowledge. This was actually our third stop at a Verizon store as the first two stores were unable to understand what we wanted. My husband's company is now paying for his phone and Ben and Nick knew exactly what to do! They are wonderful! Thank you, Ben and Nick for your exceptional customer service!!
