GetHuman-48890: Verizon right...if not sorry. Went to Verizon looking to get a new phone. I asked for * things, but the question of will I get service where I live is important. No-one, even you would pick a service provider, if you know that you wont get service at home. I was told I would, I get *x signal at best. Never would have agreed to service had I known. I feel I was lied to, just to make a sale, * yr contract is at least $*, ***. I will not pay for a service I do not get. Period.so you need to get me service at no extra cost to me, I give phone back, I g et full refund, or you can keep sending bills that will never get opened. Your call
