~billylove832: My card was locked for a $** gas purchase at the pump. I email everyone including previos employees. But, the company I use to work for provided all the info I needed. My card was unlock in ** hrs. I also, had to include there family names in the email. One thing they don't know is where a person is or who he is and what he is prepared to do. I almost gave NICHOLE (call center acct specialist) the type of car she was driving. They wouldn't call me back. Instead they sent me an email asking me to stop emailing everyone and there families. Lol. I thought that was funny. Like that's all I could do. Yeah right. And they unlocked my card.
