~fads100: I had a query about hosting. I provide noted services in the UK. I wanted to test their system but being that I can't email anyone, call times are long and instant chat isn't so instant, I don't think that I'll bother with Godaddy.com I'll go to Hostgator.com I've used hostator.com before for these projects and they do have email support :-)
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting GoDaddy. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a GoDaddy problem?
~fads100: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~fads100: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GoDaddy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~fads100: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other GoDaddy customers?
~fads100: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for GoDaddy to know who you are.
