~Stunned: We spend $****month with Google. After spending time with *€*online help*€* I couldn*€*t get a question answered. I called the number they publish for help from a real person. That person told me he could only help set up a new account and nobody at Google could answer may question. He then hung up on me. I*€*m angry and hurt and seriously considering whether rewarding Google with over $**,****year is really good business. Wow.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Google Ads. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Google Ads problem?
~Stunned: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Stunned: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google Ads's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Stunned: For that I would say two out of five.
