GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Google Play customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Mh: Dear Sir*Madam,* *I am writing to you this morning, extremely annoyed at your services.* *You have taken ***£*.** out of my bank account every month since February ****. Can I just let you know, I don't even have a Google Play Account. I don't even have the app. * *I rang you in July to ask for you to cancel this 'account' that I have, where I spent * HOURS on the phone to the operator. I was assured my account had been cancelled. August came along, oh and surprise surprise another ***£*.** has been taken out. Once again, I called you. I was put through to the 'fraud line' this time as apparently you think someone has created an account on my behalf. I wqas told then that it would be investigated and then my account delete and reassured once more that I would not have payment taken out of my account again in the future.* *Low and behold - September. Another ***£*.**.* *REMOVE MY ACCOUNT. REFUND MY MONEY. IMMEDIATELY.* *I am disgusted with your services.

~Mh: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Mh: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google Play's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Mh: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google Play customers?
~Mh: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google Play to know who you are.
