~hshab1: The representative was patient, understood the problem and tried to resolve it. She was tenacious. The phone is defective and neither Google Play nor Samsung are responsive to replacing the defective phone. Google stopped carrying this phone and refers me to Samsung. Samsung looks for every way it can to avoid honoring its warranty! DO NOT BUY FROM EITHER.

~hshab1: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~hshab1: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google Play's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~hshab1: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google Play customers?
~hshab1: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google Play to know who you are.
