~Karen Baks: As a small business owner I resent getting harassing phone calls from Google robots, threatening dire straits if we do not advertise with Google.**) Their contact info is useless - no email for Customer Service and endless hold time on the phone.**) Gmail is excellent - phone sales are awful. - Karen B
