GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Google customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~michael 64: Called customer service to have google stop calling me up to * times a week and some days * times, all with an automated voice trying to get me to advertise with them. Some indian voiced guy at customer service said I asked for this service which I did not. He said he could switch me over to technical support but it would cost me $*** to fix the problem. I said no forget it and hung up. He rang me back * times in a row but I kept hanging up on him. This is ridiculous. this was a USA number *-***-***-**** out of Delaware.

~michael 64: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~michael 64: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~michael 64: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google customers?
~michael 64: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
