~oldesthippie: It only allowed me to put tow numbers under my wait...I have now been on hold two hours and ** minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous! I have tried many other numbers, to no avail. You obviously have more than enough business to support hiring enough representatives to handle the call load, and you obviously don't care, which leads me to the conclusion that I need to leave Google, as much as I hate it. I am highly offended by this, as I have a very serious security problem. I did all of the research I could on the websites, by the way. Thank you very much for your concern, Google!

~oldesthippie: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~oldesthippie: For that I would say three out of five.

~oldesthippie: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
