~tank20101955: the first time i called account support i was on hold for * minutes then they picked up the phone then slammed it down in my ear, second time i called i got a guy whose English was so sing song you couldn't understand him and the third time i asked him to repeat he hung up on me. then i called the third time and this time i got a woman who wanted to argue with me, and wouldn't let me tell her all i had was the wallet account. she then told me to just create a new account or it would cost me, i have one question for google!. who is running customer service because they are going to destroy your company!. and try hiring people that can actually speak so that you can understand them, and don't********* just take their word for it talk to them before you hire them!

~tank20101955: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~tank20101955: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~tank20101955: For that I would say three out of five.

~tank20101955: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
