~I hate google: Firstly, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I have been to Trinidad and i thought the customer service was terrible there. It takes a millennium to get to an agent and they are rude. They hang up on you in the middle of the conversation. Its sad that these agents really dont care about the problems of the customers. Really sad.

~I hate google: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?

GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~I hate google: For that I would say three out of five.

~I hate google: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
