~dickhead: waited an hour and a half - no one picked up - although i did listen to some ******* sounding voice saying how important my call was and thanking me for my patience in such a weak limp d*** tone of voice that it didnt even sound genuine... this company makes so much $ but they're so cheap in hiring adequate help - I've now deleted my gmail acct * my gcalendar * gtasks * etc - what good are all the tools if they dont even respect loyal customers enough to hire enough people to answer calls - the lamest pathetic - not worthy of my business or patronage - F google

~dickhead: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~dickhead: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~dickhead: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google customers?
~dickhead: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
