~Hatter: Green Dot illegally debited my account using their Bill payment system, despite the fact that I'd gone online, *-**-**** and cancelled, and then deleted that merchant from my merchant's lists. On *-*-**** they debited the account for this deleted merchant again, so while this charge was pending, I called them right then and there, and they told me that they saw the mistake, and that that after two days, the money would be refunded to my account. Two days later, still not there, called this number, and their *-***-***-**** number, was told "oh we're so sorry we see where it was done and should not have been, but it's posted now so" it will be in there in another Ten days. Asked to speak to manager, told I'll have to wait two days for them to call me back. Green Dot *****. They themselves will steal your money.

~Hatter: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Hatter: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Green Dot's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Hatter: For that I would say four out of five.

~Hatter: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Green Dot to know who you are.
