~JenniferCronin: I loaded %***.** on on card ****** **** **** **** exp.*****,* Jennifer Cronin DOB ***********Went to the ATM and there was NO money on it!! I have used Green Dot for * Years, and spent ,literally THOUSAND of dollars with Green Dot. This cared is not my usual card and I have not used this particular card in a long time bacause I always reload my money Pack onto my HnR Block cards, which I no longer have, therefor I used the above card and you took All of my money, my child support for my six year old who has surgery tomorrow at Strong hospital in Rochester NY tomorrow!**I Demand my $***.** back or I will report this to the the BBB as well as consumer reports!!! I tried calling at least * times before I was transferred to a live person, whom then transferred me Again and now I am on hols for an additional ** minutes!!!* i am LIVID!!! As I stated earlier, I have literally spent thousands and thousands of dollars with Green Dot!My SS* is ***-**-****. My tax returns will be $****.** a

~JenniferCronin: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Green Dot's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JenniferCronin: For that I would say one out of five.
