GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Green Dot customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~JamKea3: So I got a green dot card with money on it as a gift in Feb. I activated it online but was unable to use it. For two months I called and callef to find out the problem and I got and different responses. I was told that it would be working the next day, I was told that I had to reactivate my card and then I was told I would have to get a new card. Finally today after two months I opt for a refund check which will take *-** business days to get. I would not recommend anyone deal with them. Don't waste your time like I did.

~JamKea3: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~JamKea3: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Green Dot's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JamKea3: For that I would say two out of five.
