GetHuman-marinejo: Hello my name is joseph akins. I sent a picture of my recipt and card in prior email. I bought a green dot card from family dollar at shreveport barksdale hw, shreveport la on -- at : pm. I loaded it with dollars and registered card about a hour later when i got home tried to do it online but don't think it worked kept bringing me to walmart.com so i called the number to register it over the phone. first person i talked to said it was registered then second person took all my info and i was very clear and careful giving him my info. he said it was ready to use and had a balance of i ordered some items on amazon.com and it didn't clear said my billing address on payment method which was card was wrong. so i tried calling multiple green dot phone numbers and can not get past the point where i enter the last of my ssc number i finally got someone on the phone and they told me to send my info to this email which i did. a lady called me from green dot today while i was at work but i couldnt understand her because of strong foreign accent i did understand that she said the card was registered to a totally different person and i couldn't understand anymore of what she was telling me i tried checking balance at atm it says my pin number is wrong i tried checking it over phone it says social security number is wrong i cant get anyone on the phone anymore because it wont let me past the point where i enter ssc number,and i cant login at greendot.com it says my login info is invalid. I feel as though im being scammed expecially after reading customer problems online about greendot. I need my money as soon as possible please help me and respond to my email. I work hard for my money and i dont want to haft to take farther action i would just like for this to be resolved. Thank you Joseph Akins
