~rooster pink: Dear Missouri Attorney General: **I have a rental house that i am selling contract for deed. My tenants have been running a bit late on their payments and usually i can pay Green Tree Financial on time, but lately i have not been able to pay out of my own pocket. For possibly the first time, maybe in forever, i have paid ** days late. *When the representative "Randy" calls, she goes on and on and yells at me about why i am letting renters stay in a house they aren't paying. To make a long story short, i have to call several times to get her to take my payment this evening. I can prove this via my iphone journal. She even told me tonite that she was the only account manager that i would ever be able to deal with, so basically i had to put up with whatever she dishes out. She lied and said i told her i would make two payments when i talked to her the other day. I had put my husband on a * way call while she had me on hold and he can vouch for the fact that i did not tell her that. In a n
