GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Groupon customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~eloisadt: I bought a voucher for **.** with Groupon for a Cut, head massage and conditioner with Touch Hair Salon in Cardiff Bay, Wales. I booked an appointment, they asked me for all the details over the phone. I paid the carpark (* pounds). I got there ** min before the appointment. They told me the voucher was wrong, the said: "contact Groupon, we can't do anything, we continuous with the list. If you want the service it would be other day"*Very bad service, I called customer support and at the end when we checked the number I had it matched with Groupon details, but I preferred to cancelled the voucher. I made time to go there, paid * pounds for parking and NO SERVICE!*VEry disappointing with this, not sure if I will try again with Groupon. Obviously not with the Salon, awful service.

~eloisadt: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Groupon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~eloisadt: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Groupon customers?
~eloisadt: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Groupon to know who you are.
