~welcome_to_murica: The rep I spoke with reiterated everything I stated back to me. I asked why it takes a month for my product to be shipped to me. She stated next time I read the fine print. I asked her to pass along my concern that perhaps the fine print should be slightly larger so us consumers are aware of these things. She was cold, unfriendly and if she is annoyed with consumer questions and complaints I believe she should find another job. She was of absolutely no help at all. I will report this to the BBB in hopes maybe their policies will change.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Groupon. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Groupon problem?
~welcome_to_murica: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~welcome_to_murica: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Groupon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~welcome_to_murica: For that I would say five out of five.
