~Lem: Spoke with many people, the buck was passed! Everybody was very friendly, but no action was taken. I spoke with a manager, she called the dentil office that I needed help with, she hung up when put on hold. This is an emergency, I needed to see a dentist. They told me they would find a dentist that would accept there clients, me, without being on there roster, and,"usually call back with in ** hours". It's been twenty hours, I've recieved no calls. I don't know if they understood the word emergency. This is jus the tip of the iceberg. CAVEAT EMPTOR!
