~Wizzy: H*O customer service is the worst in the world. You are kept on hold for almost an hour then a very rude representative comes on line. Most of the time they do not know how to fix the problem. I called about my international credit which is what attracted me to their services. The representative told me that was a previllage i was not entitled to. I asked why i was not able to send text message internationally and she said "you are not supposed to anway". I asked if there was a way i could pay for them, i just needed the service* she just said "No!"

~Wizzy: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Wizzy: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H2O Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Wizzy: For that I would say two out of five.
