~Don't buy H2O: I bought my phone last week from H*O wireless. It is Samsung Solstice SGH A***. It was working until today when I got "NO SIM MODE" message on my phone. I can't receive or send phone calls. *I called H*O wireless and the first time they hanged up and the second time the person was not able to help me, she just wrote a report. Also I chatted online with customer support and after hour of talking she put me on time out. Finally and after * hours on chatting they told me that I need to buy new phone because the phone that I bought from them a week ago is bad.

~Don't buy H2O: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
